By accessing or using any of the Mudaber platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Music Distribution (Mudaber Art)

When you upload content for distribution, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize Mudaber to distribute that content globally. You retain 100% of your copyright.

2. Ghost Production (Mudaber Ghost)

All transactions made through Mudaber Ghost transfer full commercial rights from the producer to the buyer upon completion of payment, unless specifically stated otherwise in a custom contract.

3. Limitation of Liability

Mudaber Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
